The number of young cinematographers currently working in the film and television industry who entered work and the incredibly high standard of the work presented for the awards has reached the highest point. That is so good to see. It also makes for a great night on the town.
Congratulations to John Radel and Andrew Commis on receiving there ACS accreditation. Both these guys were former students at the AFTRS and I had the pleasure of having them in several courses that I ran there at the time.
I was very happy and honoured to receive a Gold Award for my cinematography on the UK produced documentary, “The Devil’s Disease” There is a small section of the film on my web site and you can see it right here.
